During therapy, we work on sorting out feelings, self-reflection, and opening up with the goal of overcoming obstacles that may be hindering your life. I believe therapy is a safe space for us to examine your life and what you want to achieve to be your best self. Therapy requires patience and persistence, so when you are ready to address these challenges, I am here to listen and support you.
